Another great winter treat.  (10 serving = 10 bars)

INGREDIENTS

3 apples (340 g)

340 g Greek yogurt

3 eggs

Cinnamon

50 g protein powder (I used micellar casein, you can us whey protein powder to but if you do, concentrate or a mix is better for cooking then isolate. The more pure whey (like isolate) you use the more it will dry/or even rubbery)

METHOD

Pre-heat the oven at 180°C

Peel and cut the apples in small cubes

Mix the apples and the cinnamon

Heat up a pan over medium heat, add the apples and cook for a few minutes

Take a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix

Take a rectangular baking dish, line with baking paper (so it also covers the sides on the inside)

Put the mixture on the baking paper in the baking dish

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C

Cut into 10 rectangular bars

You can keep these in the fridge for about 3 days
