While some easing of COVID-19 related restrictions have been communicated today (29/06/20) by the NI Executive, restrictions in relation to competitive sport are still in place.  As a result we will have to delay the commencement of club competition.

It was hoped to return to racing this Wednesday evening, 1st July,  with a 10 mile TT on the Rathfriland Rd, however this has now unfortunately been postponed. A revised date will be communicated in due course, but it is hoped it will take place before the end of July when further easing of restrictions are expected.

The Club Committee would like to thank Toni and the Club Competition Committee who have been working hard in the background in preparation of what is likely to be a very different feel to club races.  Revised and updated risk assessments have been drafted and submitted, additional compliance training undertaken, and new processes for adherence to the guidelines all agreed and ready to go once we get the nod of approval.
