Many Happy Returns to one of Banbridge CC’s longest serving members, Ivor Parks, on his 70th birthday!
A member for over 50 years, Ivor is a familiar site at many a race finish line where he can be found with a contagious smile, meticulously recording lap times and gaps as the clubs Chief Timekeeper. Ivor was deservedly recognised for his years of dedication to the sport in 2017 when he was awarded an award for Service to Sport at the Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Senior Sports Awards.
I’m sure everyone will join the members of Banbridge CC in wishing Ivor the happiest of birthdays, and we hope he enjoys the celebrations with his family.
