Wednesday 19th August 2020. 2up 15 Mile TT on the old Skelly Cup course starting on the Rathfriland Road through Annaclone left at the Diamond and through Katesbridge back onto the main Castlewellan Road and left at McCoy’s back into Banbridge finishing on the Castlewellan Rd.
*** First rider will be off at 6.30**
If you are driving to the event please park in Tesco Car park or Park & Ride Car Park on Rathfriland Rd and cycle out to start .
Registration will be strictly online via attached link. Banbridge CC Club TTs – Buy Tickets. Signing-on on the night will not be permitted. Once registered online riders will not be required to sign-on on the night. Each individual taking part in the 2up must register.
Registration will close at 5pm on Tuesday 18th August.
Following registration closure a list of all allocated start times for each pair of riders will be published. Riders should present themselves to the start area no less than 5 mins before their allocated start time. Riders and/or their bikes will not be held at the start line.
Please advise the following Interclub members for each club who the pairs are ; TVR -Stevie Buchanan , VCI – Neil Seffen, CCC – TJ Wright , BCC – Toni Hannigan. These pairs/names must be forwarded to Toni on Tuesday evening in order for times to be allocated. Any visitors from outside of these clubs forward the names directly to Toni.
Strictly no mass congregating at the start/finish area. Social distancing should be maintained as per Government guidelines at all times. It is important that riders familiarise themselves and maintain respiratory hygiene and etiquette at all times. Upon completion of TT , riders should collect any equipment and promptly vacate the event to avoid congregating in crowds.
Finish times and results will be published online following the event. Riders should not bother the timekeepers.
All attendees must complete the Cycling Ireland online Self-Assessment Personal Screening Questionnaire prior to participating, which is available here.
We ask that all attendees respect the above guidance. Those who do not adhere to the guidelines may be asked to leave immediately.
